Position: Sales Engineer
This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads
- Find and maintain prospective clients
- Provide general technical support to clients
- Leveraging and/or establish close relationships with key customers
- Ability to support customer requirements and allocate resources
- Developing a sales growth strategy
- Act as a communication bridge between Business Development, Marketing, and R&D teams
- Identify and develop new market, business opportunity, sales volume, and customers
- Communicating and reporting market needs & trends to Management Team
Expected Skills and Abilities
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
- Willingness to travel Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of experience in Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
- Having an active driving license
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self motivated and a great team player
- Excellent pre and post sales account management and follow through skills
- Proven track record of designing, selling, and/or deploying software solutions (preferably in Oil&Gas, Retail, Health, Manufacturing or Automotive Industry)
